Membership is open to people of all ages, playing or non-playing and new members are always very welcome. We offer 8 rinks, a large car park plus a bar and function room. Facilities are also available for the disabled and LIBC is committed to equal opportunities for all its members.
It is an inclusive sport and an excellent way to meet new people, engage with your local community and enjoy time with your family and friends. It also allows people of all ages to develop their skills, coordination and fitness.
Bowls is a great form of exercise at any time of life. It also means having fun and offers many health and social benefits. It provides anaerobic exercise and gives muscles a workout, while also exercising the mind as players learn the intricacies of the game.
Club Membership is for a full year from 1st September. The Club continues its bowling activities throughout the year and increasingly, more members are playing indoors during the summer. The Club has vacancies for all classes of membership.
Luton based Cubs and Scout troupes have enjoyed trying bowls for the first time.
